Chris Andrews,PMP, has been managing projects since the early 90's in Banking, Finance and Accounting, and P&C insurance business, and on technical infrastructure projects for all businesses.
My goal is to simply provide value to your business. I tailor the methodology (iterative or waterfall), the amount of rigor (from a lightweight process to that required for a large scale program), and add a lot of common sense and real world experience to the mix to provide the right amount of project management to meet your needs.
My projects range from bank mergers and acquisitions, General Ledger system conversions to multiyear projects / programs of upgrading infrastructure hardware and software, replacing Novell products with Microsoft products, and implementing Service Oriented Architecture. They range in price up to $10 million and around 25,000 hours of effort, all completing around or under two years.
I also provide training in project management and the use of project management tools (Microsoft Project and Primavera PM)
